Oral presentation

Due to time constraints, only 10 participants will be selected.
Presentations are limited to 10 minutes followed by 2 minutes for question-answer discussion.
The presenter should be available 30 min prior to the commencement of the slot.
The presentation slot will be assigned ahead of time.
No change in the slot will be entertained out of schedule.
The abstract should be submitted along with the registration form.
The presentation’s soft copy should be sent to the email hysci2023webpage@gmail.com at least five days prior to the event.
Participants who will not be selected for oral presentation can also opt for a Poster presentation. Kindly specify in the registration form.
The presentation file should be named "YourName_InstituteName".
Selected candidates will be notified by a confirmation mail.

A scientific panel will evaluate the poster session.
The poster dimensions will be shared through the mail after the selection of candidates.

10 participants from the poster presentation will be selected for the 90 seconds flash talk, if interested kindly specify in the registration form.
No separate entries will be entertained for the flash talk.

Submit a JPEG/PNG/TIFF image of the original artwork.
Submission should be related to the Lifescience theme with a description of the image of a maximum of 150 words.
One entry per participant will be submitted.
The image file should be named "YourName_InstituteName".

The last date to send your Sci-art is 28th February 2023.

Submit a short story/poem with a maximum of 2000 words in a PDF file format, which must be original.
Submission should be related to the Lifescience theme.
One entry per participant will be submitted.
The file should be named "YourName_InstituteName".

To maintain a common platform of understanding, the submissions for Sci-Fiction/Sci-poetry should be in English.
The last date to send your Sci-fiction/Sci-poetry is 28th February 2023.
